Could someone (OP if you've considered this a out night injections) comment on taking hg shots at night? I've always been told not to do this because hg levels rise naturally at night anyway and shots should be in awakening and post workout or anytime other than before bed

I’ve adopted this method of thinking after hearing Jay Campbell and others talk about messing with your natural GH pulse at night and long term use (not sure how long) can negatively affect your natural GH release permanently.
I get up at 4:30 and start my pre-workout routine to be in the gym at 6. This includes my GH shot about 30-45 min before and if I’m using humalog I’ll take that right before I leave. Before I take the insulin I’ve already had juice to fill the glycogen in my liver, and a product called re-Lyte which gives me all my electrolytes then I’ll have a shake with whey isolate and rice crispies.
At the gym I’ll drink EAA/BCAA in my water and I’ll have a Gatorade if I’m on insulin if not then I have body armor. Paying attention to the fact that any fructose you drink has to convert into glycogen where Gatorade has dextrose so it’s much safer to drink on insulin.
