Question regarding dosage of semorilin
I just regained enoughmobility following my 6th spinal surgery to train a little with cable type machines. I plan on doing 200mg of TRT test cyp per week, 200mg of deca, and Semorelin along with .5 mg of armidex twice a week. Could anyone recommend the correct dosage of Semerolin as I cannot do HGH any longer having been immobile for so long I acquired type 2 diabetes. My main focus is losing visceral fat accumulated on my stomach. Just trying to get my self respect back. Also I know this isn't the forum to ask this question but is .5 mg of Arimidex twice a week sufficient for what I'm using? Thank you guys I very much appreciate your imput.

Might consider .25mg of adex twice a week, you have to figure out the sweet spot with blood work as you do not want your E2 in the trash.
As far as a dosage of serm it really depends. My clinic recommends 300mcg once a day for overall health. If you look into using it for muscle gain/ fat loss, etc, it's recommended 2-300mcg 3 times a day, stack it with Ipamorelin.
If you're diabetic, have extra fat, you might be interested in tirzapeptide, it's going to do a lot more for those issues than Sermorelin and much faster

Hey while you’re at it toss in some Tesamorelin it was made to specifically target stomach fat in HIV patients who tend to have the fat harden in the stomach area maybe because of the disease I don’t really remember
