At her age I personally don’t think that’s too much. The quality of HGH is going to vary anyway and you can’t really take too much. That being said there will be some water retention when you get good GH. So I’ve heard of the 5 on 2 off method mentioned by Jay Campbell and this is mainly the method I use. You don’t want too much water around the heart especially at age 60.
I also take a low dose aspirin every day when I’m using GH. If the water retention is too much herbal things like DIM can pull water off you pretty quick.
