Well I work with my body and my arms don’t catch a break so BPC joined the fight. If I remember correctly I was doing 2-250 twice a day. Planned on 6 weeks. I was getting relief within a couple days. After months of pain I couldn’t believe it. After 3 weeks the pain was gone so I lost interest. FF a year or so later and the pain is back. Back and getting worse. Popping OTC meds all day like candy, wearing various arm and wrist braces during the day and night. It sucked and I regretted not doing a longer cycle. Started the BPC again. About a week in added TB-500 to the mix. Was out of pain within a few weeks but stayed with it the full 6 weeks hoping to heal anything and everything that it could. That was at least 7 years ago and that pain has never returned.

The point of my novel is to say if it’s working stick with it for a little while after the pain is gone and don’t be afraid to add the TB in to the fight.

      TB500 worked wonders for me!

I have a torn muscle in my lower back and have my wife inject subq directly over the area. She has grown tired of this daily ritual. If injection site isn’t critical, I will take this chore off her plate and pin myself. If it is important, I will send her some flowers.

I also started 2iu of hgh before bed. I’d like to add a second am dose, but I need to eat first thing in the am before work. I get up at 4:30 and work at 5:30 so there’s no time to hold off on a meal.
With bpc it will still work pinning it subq or im anywhere but it is slightly more effective at or near the painful site. Maybe pin it top of the glute. That's what I'd do. Also adding in tb500 makes a huge difference. They work synergistically together. TB can be pinned anywhere but might as well put it all in one pin and hit that spot.
As for the gh in the am. Can you just eat a no carb/low carb meal like eggs and cheese or something? As long as you're not spiking your glucose around pin time you're fine to eat. Do that then have a 2nd breakfast 2-3hrs later with your carbs.

I’ll add something about elbow pain that might help you guys out. I thought it was chronic tendonitis but instead it was from my triceps and foreman’s being too tight. Stretch them daily and it might help you out along with icing after lifting

Im going to throw a couple of things in....possibilities let's say....chronic elbow pain or discomfort is mostly associated with the Ulnar nerve which runs from the Neck all down the triceps..through the elbow and down the forearm to the pinky ...its widest part is in the elbow ...it could be your Neck has an issue and its inflamed the Ulnar nerve in the elbow ...i had severe lifters elbow or so I thought amd upon MRI it was revealed that my C6 C7 were herniated ....i worked on my neck and elbow pain was gone ....that's one possibility ...also it is very well known that elbow and and upper arm discomfort can be a sign of liver inflammation
...Do bloods just to be sure ....im leaning towards the first if its not a tear or ligament issue ....Chiropractor fixed it in 2 weeks .....and my neck wasn't even hurting me at all
