      BPC 157 Site Injections

I haven’t been able to find any solid science on the subject, but have seen bro science stating that Bpc should be injected into/near the injury. Does anyone here, who’s knowledgeable on Bpc,
      have any data on this?

I have a torn muscle in my lower back and have my wife inject subq directly over the area. She has grown tired of this daily ritual. If injection site isn’t critical, I will take this chore off her plate and pin myself. If it is important, I will send her some flowers.

I also started 2iu of hgh before bed. I’d like to add a second am dose, but I need to eat first thing in the am before work. I get up at 4:30 and work at 5:30 so there’s no time to hold off on a meal.

I only have bro science for you brother but personally I have never noticed a difference in site injection vs belly injections. I can tell you that with an injury adding TB500 made a world of a difference for me. I also inject before I train, another bro science thing about it targeting damaged cells more efficiently while training.

wish I had more info for you brother. Good luck with the recovery.

My argument is this. Bpc157 has reparative properties. So wouldn’t it suffice to say that if it works on a cellular level, it would repair those cells needing repair? I get intra-articular injections for things like corticosteroids since they work on a localized area. Mind you this is just my opinion. I’m a dumb old Marine so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Inject it straight into the muscle. When I used it for my knees that’s what I did. Stuck it as best I could straight into the painful area. I’m getting some soon for my right knee and left elbow. I’m gonna stick my arm in the muscle all over the place just go nuts.

I can’t say where I heard this probably Derrick more plates more dates or some other smarter than me person. I’m sure a google search would turn up some data though since TRT clinics use it now

I would do IM, but it’s my back…right next to my spine. I’m sure there’s a ton of nerves in that area…I’m afraid she will paralyze me or my dick will go numb. That why I have her doing subQ. if it were anywhere else, I’d do IM.

I’ve been doing 250/ day of the Bpc. I started with that and figured I could add in the tb4 after a couple of weeks. Back has been feeling pretty good. Not sure if it’s the Bpc, the prednisone, or just time. The muscle was torn a few years ago and it flares up every few months for about a week. It’s awful. I’m just trying to hit it with everything I got and hope for the best. So far the ortho’s just wrote scrips for prednisone, muscle relaxers, and anti-inflammatory meds. It has healed anything, just temporarily helps the pain. If my self help methods fail, I will have to see a specialist. Without insurance, it will be costly im sure.

I've read that BPC is systemic, meaning injection site isn't critical, it's even good for the gut and pills are available, which I guess makes sense if it's systemic.

So I recently dealt with the infamous lower bicep upper forearm pain.. went through a kit of bpc with decent results.

that being said, I tried IM a couple times and it actually flared up the area a little and made the pain worse. I was using 500 a day split. Subq in the belly in the am and subq near pain before the gym in the evenings. Some days just went subq in the belly both am and pm.

Point here is the IM injects actually made the pain worse for a day or two.

Close to the spine would be tricky. I’ve also done subq right on top of the injury. Both worked for me it’s hard to say if it caused more pain when it hurts like hell all the time.

Never noticed a different between injecting it anywhere or in the damaged site. I will say TB500 has been a game changer compared to just BPC

Adding my unprofessional but experienced opinion. If it’s easy enough to stick I’d suggest near the injury. I can’t imagine that there’s not at least a placebo effect to it. Years ago I was dealing with some terrible arm and elbow pain. An unprofessional diagnosis was “tennis elbow”. So basically take it easy for 6ish weeks. Well I work with my body and my arms don’t catch a break so BPC joined the fight. If I remember correctly I was doing 2-250 twice a day. Planned on 6 weeks. I was getting relief within a couple days. After months of pain I couldn’t believe it. After 3 weeks the pain was gone so I lost interest. FF a year or so later and the pain is back. Back and getting worse. Popping OTC meds all day like candy, wearing various arm and wrist braces during the day and night. It sucked and I regretted not doing a longer cycle. Started the BPC again. About a week in added TB-500 to the mix. Was out of pain within a few weeks but stayed with it the full 6 weeks hoping to heal anything and everything that it could. That was at least 7 years ago and that pain has never returned.

The point of my novel is to say if it’s working stick with it for a little while after the pain is gone and don’t be afraid to add the TB in to the fight.
