Made 30ml cialis @10mg/ml using syringe for measuring and shaking. Used Ora-Plus.
I think some compounds may require a solvent. Cialis is a fine sticky powder and can clump easily. I can see some very very small clumps even the next day. Placed in hot water bath to warm mixture, shook more for about 5 minutes, still very small clumps.
I don't think I would suspend something like prami in this.
I will most likely use grain alcohol or search for a pharmaceutical solvent.
The process was remove stopper, place plug in needle end of syringe. I cut an unused earplug, rolled the small piece between my fingers, and placed it in the small hole to plug.
I then added around 12ml distilled water to syringe, then 300mg powder, swirled it around, then filled to 30ml line.
I put finger over needle end hole, and put plunger back in but did not push it in, just put the plunger in until it seated in syringe. I then flipped it over with plugged needle end up so air would go to top. I then removed plug, then pushed plunger to 50ml line to leave some space for shaking. I then just put my finger over needle end hole, and shook vigorously for a while. Once mixed, squirted into bottle. There was a very small amount stuck to stopper, so drew in a couple drops of distilled water, shook, squirted into bottle.
Now, I have a milligram scale with plastic hood. I also have some micro milligram spoons I got off amazon. I have one that measured 10mg out of 5 measurement tests. I could just use that. However, suspension is much more convenient.
