Do not do it.
filtering is the solution
If you have access to an autoclave, that is optimal. If not, a pressure cooker would work fine. But don't put it in the oven. But as Freedom said, filtering is your first line of defense, even before running through an autoclave or pressure cooker. Those are just additional layers of protection.
YOU CAN PUT UR FINISHED AAS INTO THE OVEN @ 200F WITH THE BUTYL-STOPPERS FOR 30 MIN,,, NOTE: MAKE SURE THT U PUT A NEEDLE IN THE BUTYL-STOPPER FOR VENTING FOR THE BOTTLE COULD EXPLODE... THIS WILL ENSURE PEACE OF MIND THT UR FINISHED AAS IS STERILE.. BUT IF UR BA RATIO IS CORRECT THT WILL KEEP UR GEAR STERILIZED..
use something to heat up your mixture,
If your compounds is pure enough, then no need to get filter
Auto clave finished gear? Not sure if that is the answer .22 filter is much safer
