Using the numbers you provided, I came up with 240mL. To my knowledge, the only alternative you have to reduce the concentration of the brew would be to add additional oil, solvents, or combination thereof, then refilter and autoclave (pressure cook) if you do that step. Of course that is going to result in a brew in excess of your desire 250mL. If you're gunning for a 250mg/mL concentration and used 100g of powder, you're going to have to have a final volume of 400mL. Its just a matter of back filling the math for the amounts of additional oil, ba and bb you'll need.
