rmewrench: test enanthate brew - is my process flawed?
RMEWRENCH,
Hey man, your inbox is full so I thought I would just post my question for everyone to see, and perhaps comment.
Would you critique my process?
Here’s my methodology of brewing test e:
Add mct oil into beaker on hot plate with magnetic stirrer on.
Add test e raw
bring to 230*f for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool while keeping the magnetic stirrer on
once cooled below 100*f, add 8%BB and allow to stir for 2 minutes (I know, I don’t need the bb, but just for shits and giggles)
then add 2% ba and allow to stir 1 minute.
Then Filter and vial it using aseptic techniques.
Would this his be a good process?

For sure sounds great
Everyone has an opionion on percentages of ba and bb your choice
Good luck

this is exactly is process post somewhere here so why you want to go 230 f no reason to go that high but yes your process is ok
There is no need for BB with test e. Put your carrier oil and raw in beaker, heat in vat of water. Get your solution over 200° F.
And keep it there for 20-30 minutes. Let it cool add your BA, and filter. Carbolic acid is used in the manufacturing proccess
of the raw. It will evaporate at around 180-190°. The carbolic acid is whats causing the pip.
do this process and you will have smooth as silk test e.
