Filtering system help

Hey guys so I got my filtering system and the recommended 60mm membrane for this size funnel after receiving and putting the paper in the funnel to see if everything fits ok but there is a very small gab around the outside I have measured the funnel and seems to be 65mm is this normal or I have a cheap funnel that isn't sized properly?
I have been looking for other sizes and all I can find is 60mm and 70mm I have a feeling I need to get the 70mm and cut them to size ?
also what's everyone's opinion on double filtering your gear ?

By the looks of it correct me if I'm wrong but your filter sits inside of your receiver bottle? If so is there a glass Fritter piece that it sits on? If you can take a picture of the receiver bottle without the filter in there and show me what the filter sits on I can probably give you some advice..

It sits on the white disk in the top funnel.
Sorry I don't have it with me so I can't take a picture of it I was just checking it the filter membrane has to sit snug or if there is a 5mm gap around the membrane is ok ?
I'll have to buy 70mm and cut them down to 65mm if not
