Measure out your raws for your container. I typically use 30mL or 60mL Nalgene no leak bottle tops for my use.

So let’s say you want 20mg/mL, that means you’d multiply your 20mg by your container size (30, 60mL) to get your needed raw amounts. For this example let’s do 30mL.

20mg x 30mL=600mg (or 0.6g). Weigh out the raw to this amount and put it in your container, fill half your container with Ora plus (15mL), and fill the remainder with distilled water.

Shake it up every time you use it, and you’re GTG! Oh and use a needle-less syringe for accurate measurements up to 1mL. And if you want to do a 10mg dose, simply draw up .5mL.

Don’t complicate it! You can also add flavorings and dyes to your mixes if you’d like, Ora-plus is flavorless. If you have any questions the bop is here!!

So for oral 20mg/ml it's one gram hormone powder 50mg\ml 2.5 grams hormone powder now that's for 50ml I use usually for the concentrated oral anything over 30mg I go 45ml carrier ora sweet 5ml distilled water the for like sdrol tool m1t I use 35ml ora sweet 15ml water
