      I don't run it all the time cause I feel like at a certain point u need to take a break but I have cruised 4 times low dose primo 2 mast and 2 deca

      I like using it for crushing to help keep a bit more gains and still get that Harding effect it gives plus u feel great I tend to struggle when I first come off cycle Helps keep a little pep in me

      Well, I wouldn't say I know my shit. I'm just an old dog who's played this game for a long time and I have found what works and doesn't work for me. Honestly 2017 has been my first time getting back into everything following a LONG layoff due to injuries in my back which required surgery; I never really bounced back from that. I lost a lot during the last few years, not just my muscles and build. By Dec 2016 I weighed 315 lbs (fat phuck) and was lethargic all the time. I went to an endo and my test was tanked, he put me on TRT which began to help.

      Over the last year I have been blasting and cruising with the low test and high Primo approach. While maybe not significant for others, I have gotten down to 250lbs (still a fat phuck, lol) but I'm getting there. My goal is to hit 235 at 10%, which is where I hovered when I use to fight. If I could get back there again I would be happy. I will be going back to the cruise in two weeks.

      Prime, if you and Radman really want me to post up a log I will brother. I have never done it before but I have no problems with it. I am also thinking come March my next blast will be 1-Test Cyp, Deca Cyp, and Test Cyp blend I am going to make with some winstrol for 10 weeks and then jumping into a 15 to 20 week high primo, low test, and var to finish before returning to the cruise. My brother-in-law Ex nihilo who just joined here last week is going to run the same cycle, he's much younger than me (and in better shape, lol) but I will chat with him and see if he will log his experience too. That way we would have two guys running the same compounds and exact same cycle to pull results from. May help give better quality info and remove any subjective aspects to show continuity between us with the protocol, i.e. what similarities remain with two very different builds and ages. Just food for thought. If you guys really like this, I will holler at him and see what we can do to get it started.

      Brother I had multi level fusion on L4/L5 & L5/S1 and I actually have an L6, yes an actual complete & in tackt L6. Only 2% of the population have it. It completely took my lifestyle away from me for 5 years. The 1st time I hit some Sus/NPP/Dbol/Adrol from a sponsor here and went back to light training I was petrified of the gym. Started slow, tread softly and 8 weeks later had slammed on 25lbs. There was my life before fusion and after. 2 completely different life's. I'm living proof that when your committed, continually educate yourself, spend the time to find a legit source and love this lifestyle enough nothing can stop you from achieving your goals.

      Before my 1st fusion I committed myself to ripping myself down to the core and got down to 185lbs by eating accordingly and shit that's st 6'3"!!! I was skinnier than I was when I played ball in high school! But at the time I had no source and believed that having a single pound of unnecessary body weight was, considering my diagnosis, a bad thing. I've had 2 hernia surgeries in the last 3 months, I still hold 205/210 and I'm still lean cause of my cruise and eating clean.

      I say all this to bring up that I don't meet many people in this lifestyle that have had 1 or more major back operations and are still grinding. Spinal fusion is a very legitimate reason to go down & stay down or at least not return to the sport like before. It takes some serious commitment, a willingness to commit a shit ton of time to re educating yourself on how to train, a willingness to forget the way you used to train again and spend the time to find a reliable source. Without all the above your just gonna be the guy with big guns and a gut who used to have a great physique. Well I refuse to be "that guy" and it looks like you have the same approach B. You keep up the hard work brother. You've got a good group of guys here willing to be there for you so keep up the hard work.

      I ran a GH log & it's a lot of work & takes commitment for it to be beneficial to others. Just know it gets very personal on a log and if that's what your ok with or could benefit from then hell ya you should jump right in. If you wanna be all legit then hit up your sponsor, send em pics with your username & date and ask if they need anything else to get they're blessing. Just my input & 2¢ running a log will be putting yourself out there. I enjoyed it and just wanna share my experience with you. I did struggle for a moment with the requests to get so "personal" from other members but learned to embrace it and glad I did. Its good for me to go back & see where I was during that time and the progress pics are fun to look back at. Looks like your considering running a log so if you think I can help in any way you hit me up anytime...you obviously know that but doesn't hurt to say it...lol

      For sure man that’d be awesome if you would do that. Itd be great to hear about the process and progress along the way. Even if your brother in law doesn’t want to I would still be interested to follow your journey. But the more the merrier

      Everybody here brings something to the table....weather your brand new or a seasoned vet everyone's opinions are welcomed....when I joined this board a few years ago I felt I had a pretty damn good knowledge base of aas and health...looking back I didn't know shit this board and it's members have taught me a ton the best way to learn is get involved...sometimes you will put your foot in your mouth but shit we all make mistakes read listen learn and get involved...to me the absolute best way to get involved and learn is to run a log....

      The only way to really do bloods for primo is to check and make sure it's not cut with test

      Makes sense. Just for reference how long do you use it during your cruise and at how many mgs per week? Also how long do you stay off everything completely to give your system a rest?
