By personal I mean just be prepared to put it all out there. Regular progress pics, details about macros, details about what how you cook, how you train...all I was saying is be prepared to be a completely open book and if not then run a log when you are. Just my 2¢ based on what I experienced.
Everybody says ya run a log but few have done it themselves. Just do it when your ready and it's a great learning experience. I learned more in a few months then I could elsewhere in several years.
Only reach out to your sponsor if you want it to be an "official log" if not then be sure to state its an "unofficial log." And you'll get members following along dying for progress pics so be sure to provide the date and you're username with em.
