Everybody says ya run a log but few have done it themselves. Just do it when your ready and it's a great learning experience. I learned more in a few months then I could elsewhere in several years.

Only reach out to your sponsor if you want it to be an "official log" if not then be sure to state its an "unofficial log." And you'll get members following along dying for progress pics so be sure to provide the date and you're username with em.

Thank you for the candor and the forewarning, Riggs. I don't believe I would have a problem with listing any of the above; especially it is helpful to the brotherhood. I just need to get my ducks in a row and get prepared. I am thinking I could be ready by the end of Q1 2018, ~ March-ish.

Good this is what is hoping when I got in on the conversation. Just get prepared, don't hesitate to show pics while in less than perfect shape too B. I posted pics of me and I was positive I was gonna get blasted & I got nothing but support and encouragement. I just dove in without any advice so your much better off than where I started. If you do choose to run it you'll do great and be surprised how, if you keep it real, guys will support & encourage you. Keep grinding B!!
