Transfer from media bottle to sealed vials?
I will be bottle top filtering some Test E and Deca, both @300mg/ml (167ml test e, 100ml deca) into these...
250ml Glass Media Storage Bottles, Round, with GL45 Screw Cap, Karter Scientific
After they are filtered, I put the lid on them of course.
Now, I have the sterile sealed vials.
What is the best method to transfer to the vials?
Anyone know if a sterile 30ml syringe will fit in the opening of the of the bottle?
Then I could just put the 20g needle on it, slide into top of bottle, draw out, then put lid on bottle.
Then transfer to sealed vials. (tops of vials wiped down prior with alcohol wipe)
I would then have to do this about 6 times for the Test E, and 4 times for Deca.
Should I just get a couple of 60ml syringes and backfill those by pouring from media bottle (could spill)?
I don't think a 60ml could fit in the bottle opening?
PS. Also will have 50ml of NPP @100mg/ml, so the 60ml syringe would come in handy, and would syringe filter that.
Final option: since I will be using it all over time, just drink half, and inject the other half into my penis? JK lol

I guess if the vials are already sterile use a 60ml syrenge. I use a pippete but i sterilize the vials myself

No, i do something else....
0- Rinse the vials with water
1- Rinse the vials very well with IPA
2- Cover the neck with foil
3- Put them upside down in an oven tray
4- Warm the oven to 350F or 200C
5- When oven is on temp, put the vials in for about 40 min
6- Put in IPA the rubber stoppers(give them a nice bath in IPA)
7- After 40 min turn oven off and open a little bit the door and let cool by itself
8- One time cooled down, you can use a pippete or a syrenge to transfer your gear to the vial. After did this, cover inmediately the vial with a rubber stopper(has to dry, without ipa) and clam it
9- That it is

I used 60 ml syringes with septum top on media bottle. Drew from the 250, inject into sterile 30's and 20's. I don't bother with 10's much anymore but did the first time.

of course you can but you will have to sterilize the inside part and most like that are autoclave safe
