It's been my experience that Tren Ace oxidizes very quickly. For Example, I have brewed up some Tren that came out a beautiful golden color just like the one bottle you had. And then I didn't brew the rest of that powder for a few years down the road. And even though I vacuum sealed the raws, placed them in mason jars, and stored them in the basement with packets to absorb the moisture just in case, when I went to brew the other part of those same powders, the whole look of the powders had changed to almost a rust like color. And once brewed it looked exactly like your second bottle. It was totally fine. I couldn't tell the difference from one bottle to the next. So from supplier to supplier there could be a few different factors at play. Is it because the raws of one sponsor could be a little older and had oxidized? Or was there just a difference in the manufacturing process? Who knows. I would say as long as you filtered and bottled correctly then pin it and give it a go. My bet is you won't see much of a difference. One thing I did notice when I was pinning the darker amber colored Tren was that I seemed to get the damned Tren cough way more than the golden colored. And these were the same powder from the same sponsor. One part of it had just oxidized more. So could maybe the oxidization from the darker powder have caused me to experience this? Who the Hell knows. Just some things I have noticed. But then again maybe I'm just a nutcase from all the damn Tren.

I have had untinted tren that was clear and worked just as good. The supplier said that most tren is tinted and that the clear was purer. I have no reason to believe they were misleading me. It does seem that even with tinted tren it varies from batch to batch.

True, Tren A can do without heat. But heating also is another sterilization precaution. BA/BB should do the trick, but why not heat it? It’s not difficult.
I have homebrewed hundreds (really, hundreds) of vials of Tren - probably thousands of milligrams - and both colors of your Tren look normal. As some mentioned earlier, it can be the heat. But it can also just be the slightest variant in the product that will tip it over to a brown instead of a gold. So, yes, absolutely, it can be both your heating process (not likely) or your product (possible). But it does not mean your product is sub-standard, or “not fresh.” (Seriously, that “not fresh” comment is bullshit.) I have brewed Tren A powder less than 24-hours after the powder process was complete, and still got deep gold/brown Tren.
Tren can be, slightly, more delicate than, say, something easy like Test when you are homebrewing. But, from your process you mention above, you aren’t putting it through anything tough. I brewed every single powder I ever made at between 180-200 for 20 minutes. Over six years - no complaints. I dosed slightly higher in the mix (only very slightly) to compensate for anything that might get lost/disrupted due to the hight heat. One thing heating does, remember, is force the powder into a suspension. Most AAS compounds are in suspension, not solution. So - sometimes - heat helps the suspension process and your gear won’t crash.
Is the brown Tren more painful to inject? It should’t be. Also, the potency shouldn’t change just because it’s brown instead of gold.

I’m definitely a believer in the posit that oxidation, temperature, shipping conditions, quality of powder - even the slightest and most acceptable variations - may cause the discoloration. Sure, everyone slobbers over golden product, but the dark is probably just fine.

It's not a hard compound to brew.
2% BA
18%-20% BA ( I lean towards %20 but a different discussion for a different day)
Carrier oil (GSO, cottonseed, mig840, MCT, Etc.)
In a beaker large enough for total volume combine BA, BB and raws. When mixed add heated oil (You can safely add oil that's 120F-130F. Then filter (syringe filter, bottle top, buchner funnel). Transfer into sterile vials. Done plenty of tren acetate and tren enanthate this way. Comes out nicely every time and no complaints other than it's good stuff.
