NPP 150mg/ml Recipe

If I’m using MCT oil, would 2%BA and 20% BB suffice if I’ll be brewing 150mg/ml NPP, or could I go lower on the BB? I’ve seen a few posts regarding NPP 200mg/ml but not too much about 150mg/ml.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do plan on overdosing by 10% so it should come out around 165mg/ml.

I would think that 20% should hold it but you can bump it up to 23%-25% without any more noticeable PIP just to be safe. I have made many brews with 23% without any issue.

So after further research, im thinking this may work well.

NPP

165ml/mg (150mg/ml overdosed 10%)


2%BA, 23% BB (23%BB will work, if not make it 25%BB).


In a beaker, Add the 23%BB then add the raw. Then heat to medium while stirring until it’s a clear solution (no swirls) then add the MCT oil.


Then heat to 90*C; go to 100*C if need be. Allow it to remain at NPP’s melting point for a few minutes.


Ensure the powder is in solution


Once temp drops to 60-65*C then add BA.


Start filtering at about 49*C (less than 120*F !).


Aseptically vial the product (10.5ml per vial).


Label product.

I could beat in the minority but I haven't found that melting the hormone in the solvents is all that neccessary. You can heat the oil in the microwave to 200F (I use a cheap infrared heat gun from harbor freight) and add the oil. Everything mixes fine and clear. I also have been using mig840 lately and that helps as well.

If you want to do it with the way you described above it should work though. Nothing wrong with that. As long as people understand that heating your gear to super high temps doesn't sterilize it (the filtration does) it's all good and what works for you.

i know there are a lot of guys that have recipes that use high temps on their gear, but when you heat your raws that high you're cooking them. i try to never over heat the raws, only heating enough to melt into solution. i'd recommend not heating over 112*f. 100*c is boiling point of water, which is too high. it's okay to preheat your oil you're using, but not the raw. i know this is just my opinion. mastiff is right, most of the sterilization is through the filter, 0.22 um. mct oil will go through the filter easier than gso.

In my opinion holding it heat is the key . If you don't have a issue with EO I would use it instead of high BB mix . Here's my way .

1%BA
15% BB
10%EO
Mtc oil

Use candy making thermostat's there cheap and easy to use .

The only compound u can hurt with high heat is tren .

I'm no brewing expert by any means. Still putting together all the equipment to start.

But isnt over 20% bb really high?

I remember guys talking about trying to stay away from high solvent percentages due to increased pip.
