I've been using make 8:40 for the past probably year now. Just in the last month probably I've noticed a few people have bad reactions to it. I was wondering if anyone has been able to 100% confirm that it is the Mig causing this? All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hard to tell. Everyone is different. Maybe some unlucky people. I don't think it would be an "all of a sudden we have people with bad reactions" kind of thing.
Unless you got Miglyol from a different source than normal.
A Miglyol source could send MCT oil and try and pass it off as Miglyol. Maybe cut the Miglyol with something cheaper.
I can't really think of a way to have regular people check for an allergic reaction before getting the gear. They would need to have a syringe filter, and the carrier, and inject small amount, like 5IU from slin pin, maybe less.
When I first brewed my gear in MCT. I made a small 30ml batch and injected 5IU in my delt and waited till next day to see if I had reaction. Most people that buy gear already made don't have that luxury to test.
