Pramipexole Liquid Solution Recipe?

I recently bought some Pramipexole raws and rather than capping them, due to their small doseage, I'd like to create a liquid solution or suspension. However I can't find any recipes for such a thing. Reading up on Pramipexole it has a 98% solubility in water up to 18-20mg/ml and about 20% in alcohol up to 8mg/ml. I want to dose it at 0.125mg/ml of water or alcohol.

Does anyone have a recipe for a liquid solution or suspension? I'm trying to be careful due to how Pramipexole can fuck you up even if you take 0.5mg too much.

It is highly stable and is soluble in water around 20mg/ml (very high dose)

I will be putting mine in distilled water @1mg/ml.
You need an accurate milligram scale.

I actually get restless leg syndrome a couple times a year. However I have it on standby for running 19nors like NPP, Deca, and Tren.
This is some serious shit that can fuck you up.
Don't use it just because. Keep estro in check and you will not need it, for the most part. Everyone is different.

Here is mine. Ready and on standby for next blast.
30mg Pramipexole powder, with 30ml distilled water. Basically 1mg/ml, 30ml total.
No need for displacement calculations. It's such a small amount. If anything would be very very very slighly underdosed to be technical.
The black tape signifies "death", and is my way of safely marking it. Completely dissolved in the distilled water.

In the background is 160ml Test E 300mg/ml 1%BA 5%BB (BA not added till after heating). Heating and filtering it tomorrow.
