Polyethylene Glycol 400 Warm Sensation?

I whipped up some 600mg Tadalafil 30ml @ 20mg/ml in PEG 400.
I have never consumed PEG 400.
I did a test of the PEG 400, couple drops on tongue.
It had a real warm feeling when the drops hit my toungue, then the warmth dissipated a couple seconds later.
Is this normal?

Brother, this doesn’t surprise me....polyethylene glycol is antifreeze.

POLYethylene Glycol. Not antifreeze.

lol it's also what vape juice is made out of. its usually a 50/50 mix of poly ethylene glycol and vegetable glycerin.

but I've been using PEG and VG to make tincture for over 10 years, the warmth is par for the course

So you have ingested PEG 400 and this is a normal experience. Warmth and bitter taste?
Just did 0.5ml (1/2 ml) to see if I die lol. No allergic reactions an hour later.

I have read that it can lower absorption. Not sure if true because it was not in a study. Researching that now. Plus, I will be able to tell if I take a 20mg dose (1ml) and see if I notice a different in effect of Tadalafil/Cialis. About to take other 1/2ml so, 20mg total of Cialis. I went off for 4 days for this test.
