beginner kit for brewers, medical supply sponsor suggestion

IN the BoP permanent post titledBrewing101 it states all that is needed to cook is

      • Heat resistant glassware(several pieces... 100ml minimum glassware is easier to work with)
      • Glass stir rod(this CAN be used but I choose not to use any type of stirring device, as it is just another method to possibly introduce bacteria.. I swirl everything)
      • Heat source(a stove top works fine if you make that area of your kitchen sterile... I'll get into that later)
      • A saucepan or skillet Different sized syringes used for measuring oil, solvents, etc(3,10,20,60 ml will all come in handy...)
      • A scale accurate down to. 01g is sufficient
      • 90percent isopropyl alcohol
      • Solvents (for the most part benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate will suffice.... For more exotic compounds, guiacol and ethyl oleate will also come in handy.
      • Oil carrier of choice(I've found usp cottonseed oil to be the most smooth, you can use many different oils, and even blends of carrier oils)
      • Vials(either sealed, sterile vials, or vials with butyl stoppers and crimp caps)
      • Filtration system(this could be as small scale as syringe filters, or as big as 1000plus ml... Depending on your needs.

It would be nice if one of board sponsors (or someone) would put together a kit with this stuff in it for beginners.

Also as I have mentioned before it would be nice if a board sponsor or someone would make tren kits. There is still alot of fina out there

Every one of these items can be found on 1 site. I don’t see the need for a surely overpriced “kit” when it’s not like anyone has to shop around for them. I know of 3 sites that carry all this stuff off the top of my head.

Get a big beaker! Easier to swirl. Don't forget to check if the filtermembrane is compatible with the solvents you're gonna use. Usually PVDF can handle most of them. If you gonna brew bigger batches get a bottle top filter. Be sure to check if the bottle top filter can fit the actual bottle. Plastic ones that come with the bottle top filter usually cracks so get a glass media bottle instead. No need to buy expensive USP grade oils. Just get MCT oil or grapeseed oil. You will have to filter it either way. And remember to not use to much heat, it can ruin both the oil and the hormone.

thanks for the helpful post. I've never cooked before (other than fina) and despite reading up on it as much as I reasonably can, every bit of advice is helpful.

Depends on what you want. I bought a vacuum pump and an autofil system for my lab. Got a hotplate for it, digital settings, and a magnetic stirrer. Amazon was my biggest friend, found a different site to buy all the vials and crimping materials.
