If it's an expensive bottle top dispenser I wouldn't put it in a pressurecooker. They are made to be sterilized in autoclaves. It's not the same as vials since vials are made of borosilicate glass. You really don't need a bottle top dispenser if you're not making really big batches. It makes the whole process of filling vials easy though.
