Best value on a bottletop dispenser?

And as a side question, what PSI and time can you sterilize them for in a pressure cooker? Is it the same as vials and everything else?

      this is for an autoclave

Many autoclaves are used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high-pressure saturated steam at 121 °C (249 °F) for around 15–20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents.

A pressure cooker works similarly but it'd be at a certain PSI for a certain time. So it'd be something like 15PSI for 20 minutes but I'm not sure exactly on the details

If it's an expensive bottle top dispenser I wouldn't put it in a pressurecooker. They are made to be sterilized in autoclaves. It's not the same as vials since vials are made of borosilicate glass. You really don't need a bottle top dispenser if you're not making really big batches. It makes the whole process of filling vials easy though.
