yes you will have too stir it to make a swirl and add the solvent

I've always liked gso. Ive even used evoo before and it's surprisingly smooth.

I'd say use cottonseed. There's a reason that's what Watson used.

I think I am going to use CSO or gso cause I know my body has had nor problems with either ima steer clear of mct

if you have or can have some mct just put some on your skin it may help you know if your allergic to it
