Thread: Mct or Olive oil as topical carrier???

My raws are going to arrive about 2 weeks before all my home brew supplies so I'm thinking of slapping together a quick transdermal to get some test In me asap lol. Anyone have any idea if using Mct oil or olive oil will work at all, even if the absorption rate is very low that's fine by me. I'm thinking my tanning oil might work better as it has a host of other ingredients and some penitrants I believe?

I'm thinking I'll heat up 100mls of oil and mix in 5-10 grams of test no Ester and mix the shit out of it and then put it into a squirt bottle and apply a good amount to upper body a few times per day.

Would enjoy some feedback about this.

No idea brother not sure if that work or not I would think that it needs something to make it absorb not sure if there are a special type of raws or if there processed different to make the patches . But definitely curious to hear some one who is far more educated on this to chime in. Very curious myself

They make androgel which is absorbed through the skin. Maybe you can research it to determine how they do it...

Old school transdermal.

Ingredients:
40% Isopropyl Alcohol (91% or better)
15% Isopropyl Myristate
15% Isopropyl Palmitate
10% Oleic Acid
10% Propylene Glycol
10% DMSO (99% Technical Grade or better recommended)

Or just mix it with DMSO and maybe put some Aloe Vera gel on after.

Yah that's a lot of shit I'm not going to put on/in my body lol, but thanks anyways man

Was just looking for a quick fix, but I guess nobody really knows for sure.

After reading the host of ingredients on my ladies aloe skin moisturizer I've decided I will try making a topical with this stuff. I'm quite sure I'll get decent penitration using this stuff and if I can whip up something decent It'll have a good use for when camping or on business trips

DMSO. Be sure to dissolve it all. What kind of test are you talking about (ester to be specific)?
