So it's been 4 years since my last cycle. I am currently around 190 pounds. Probally around 25 percent bf I know I need to lower it drastically. I wont be starting for another month or two just trying to have everything in order.

I havent been training in past 4 years as I was incarcerated for past 3 years awaiting trial then i got injured and the dr just cleared me to get back into working out. While inside I was doing pushups and dips a fair bit but since realeased I have done nothin active lol.

The last cycle I did was test 750ew eq 600ew and deca 300ew

I useto have alot of trouble gaining weight but my metabolism has slowed down now I am 30 years old when I was released I was 230.

My goals are just to lower body fat and I'd like to be sitting about 205 to 215 in better shape. I will probally get close to my goals just in the month or two of training before I get back into it and start fixing my diet. So those goals will probally train drastically.

I respond very well to eq so I will be encorporateing that into my next cycle I'd like to try tren again as my first time I had bad sides but I used no ai or caber.

I have no xlue on what my numbers should be like for diet fats proteins carbs. Currently my diet is horrible eating disgusting amounts of sugar fats and carbs but that all changes right now. And help or ideas be greatly appreciated.
