No need for EO bro It's better to keep it simple and not use harsh solvents like EO. Just double check that your filter is compatible with BB and BA (which it probably is).

Yea I’m using an auto fil system. I’m going to use MCT oil this time instead of GSO

Never tried autofil but they seem really really good!
Are you going to use the autofil reciever bottle? If so please let me know if it cracks. Most of the other manufacturers bottles crack.

It cracked when i used it a second time...i read on here that the filter could probably handle more CCs. That's probably true. However the filter bottle cannot.

Thanks for sharing this bro!
I wish they made better receiver bottles. I'd pay extra for that. Seems like all the plastic ones crack.
This is my rule of thumb when it comes to those filters. If it says that you can filter 500ml I usually just filter 400ml (you can filter a lot more but at this point you're starting to risk the whole batch). Remember that these filters aren't made to filter oils.
I only use them once (I don't let air pass through). I think the filters are cheap and I'm ok with loosing a little bit of oil.

I think you’re right. I have 500ml bottles, and I haven’t made more than 300 ml in a batch

Thats a good point about these filters aren’t made for oil. I was wondering what the threshold may be for these filters.
