If you want to do it with the way you described above it should work though. Nothing wrong with that. As long as people understand that heating your gear to super high temps doesn't sterilize it (the filtration does) it's all good and what works for you.

Ivd been trying to find the threads that tracked about it but isnt there a certain temp that u should try to get the raws up to once they are in solution to evaporate the carbonic acid which is supposedly a by product of the raws introduction process and can cause somewhat increased pip?

I am in the minority but am not sold on the "benzyl benzoate causes PIP" theory. I can't find it for the life of me but on the old Meso board if I remember right there was a guy who did a straight mL of BB into his pec. He said it didn't cause much PIP and since then I upped my brew percentages to 20% without issue (holding cyp sometimes is a bitch ). I have made many mL's with 20% without issue so no scientific data but real world says that BB isn't the enemy. I suspect certain compounds are the true culprit.

I think that certain esters (test enanthate is the usual suspect) have more carbolic acid and have found that heating the oil to 200 degrees F and adding it to the raw/solvent mixture then raising that mixture to about 175F slowly in a microwave (15-20 second intervals) usually dissolves everything nicely. I then let it cool at room temp to 130F before filtering (I use a infrared heat gun from harbor freight $20 to check temp in the beaker).

I have recently started using mig840 for all my mixes and found that it makes things stay super smooth. So to answer your question I believe that making sure your hormone is thoroughly dissolved in solvents and proper heat (regardless of how you achieve the temp) is what makes a good smooth shot. Even when I would use GSO for the carrier I still followed same protocol and every time it turned out good. I would lean towards a higher benzyl alcohol content which some brewers use to help dissolve hormones would be a greater culprit in pip than raws that weren't heated enough.

Also some hormones were just not meant to be high mg/mL such as DHB and when you start pushing the dose higher it causes PIP.

This will not hold with bb and ba. It would require STANK ASS guac. Not even straight EO will hold this.
