If you're talking syringe filters, I'd say Whatman (.2 or .22um). If you are going with a disposable vacuum set up, then I'd say Millipore stericups. Also make sure the membrane is PVDF.

Yes on the whatman filters. I use the Autofil system with a vacuum pump

I usually get 100ml per filter. After that it gets slower and harder to filter.

It depends on the size of the vial and the size of the filter. I assume you are talking about just a 10ml vial. Syringe filters can come in 13,25 and 33mm. 25mm is the most common. When I use to filter unfinished oil, I used (1)25mm filter per 10ml bottle with no problems. But that's me. I'm sure some people run less or more through one before changing it.

Use STERILE PVDF or PTFE filters when filtering your gear. If you’re filtering oil-only (GSO, MCT, etc.), without any BB or BA in the oil, then PES filters are fine (some folks pre-filter their oil before brewing).
PTFE filters are made by Whatman (GE owns Whatman); a company named Millipore makes PVDF filters.

It’s an unnecessary step. I’m OCD and paranoid so I always filter my oil prior to brewing. It’s not necessary.
Moral ale of the story: don’t use PES filters; use only PVDF or PTFE. I studied filtration for 2 months prior to brewing. Filtration and sterility are the most important steps in home brewing
