Capping fillers
Is there any perks to using other fillers besides lactose? I know there are health benefits to using glutamine or creatine, but outside of that, does anything provide better shelf life?
Going to be my first time capping and was planning on using lactose since it’s so cheap, but I’m looking for max shelf life so I can cap a big batch after my first trial batch.
Thanks!

I just use something with similar consistency to the active ingredient I’m capping. Flour, protein powder, carb powder. Really whatever I have on hand.

If you like to fart then use lactose. Lactose isn't cheaper than cornstarch, riceflour, dextrose etc.
It's powder in a capsule, only thing that will affect shelf life is the way you store it (or if insects get in to it). Just use common sense. I wouldn't use glutamine or whey protein.
