Do you know what the shelf life is?
I know GSO needs to be brewed within 6 months

We keep our oils refrigerated. Especially after opening. Oils quickly oxidize and go rancid. I’ve actually come to just throw GSO remnants in the bin. It’s so cheap I just crack open a new one. I would suggest buying in sizes of anticipated need so as not to have left overs.

I dont know if it's the same. But Walmart has mct oil. Where the vegetable oil and such are.

So gso will go bad after 6 months? Can keeping it cold help??

A lot of people used to use "NOW" brand MCT.
