When you get a new raws source how do you know you got what you orded

Hi guys I understand that some raws are easy to know by temp like eq and test E and I've read all the stickys with ways to estimate is there any other ways some of you OG homebrewers know of as primobolan raws are expensive.

In know way am I saying that Sponors on BOP sell bunk raws but we have all seen sponsors come and go for one reason or another
