Miglyol is thinner than other oils. Like they said before its more expensive but it's one of the best oils u can use.
When u take into account all the benefits of using it the added costs is worth it to allot of home brewers.

I put my powder in the same beaker with the oil, bb, and ba mix and then place on hot plate until it is nice and clear. Would changing my order of operations help? For example, melting the powder alone and then adding oil, bb, ba? I cant really see how this would change anything. I use 2% ba with all batches and I just would like to make the cyp without going over 14-15% bb otherwise the pip is to much. As always any advice will always be appreciated brothers.
How do u mix the solution? Do u use a magnetic stirrer and just let it sit and continually stir as the solution heats?

Use more BB like 20% also heat at 220 for 30 minutes . I know this may sound like over kill but if u overdose test C it will most likely crash with out that much BB.
Also 1 % BA I'd enough unless u plan on keeping the vials for years and years . Pharm grade use like .7 to .9 %.I also like mtc oil myself .
TRAIN Savage not average with BCG gear!!!

I do not use a magnetic stir, I stir myself. Would using a magnetic stirrer help? I have used 20 bb and that does help but my pip is so bad from it. I use a graduated cylinder for measuring so I am pretty sure its accurate.

Yea i never have issues with anything else its almost just annoying to me that i cant get it down. Seriously appreciate all the answers though brothers. Even though some of these questions have been asked so many times hearing others viewpoints on the matter really helps.

I brewed a liter once at 18% BB. About a third of the vials crashed after about 3 weeks. Just like the OP, all from same batch/beaker.
I now just add a splash of EO as insurance. Raises the cost of the brew but better than opening dozens of vials to fix problem.
what is a splash? I just brewed at 1.5% EO.
Miglyol is probably the thinnest thing you’ll use but be forewarned, some people have negative reactions to it. Mostly wicked pip and swelling. It IS a brewers dream though. You can make very high mg stuff that easily holds.
Buy a heated stir plate. The big clunky ones on eBay for around $75usd are bulletproof and a seriously worthwhile investment. Be advised that I have found most of these cheap stir bars they sell on eBay tend to leak, causing the metal inside to corrode and give off specks of black metal. Don’t leave in beakers overnight.

Keep in mind if you own a stove that has a pot warmer put it on high and leave on there for 20 min its good to go and i seen someone say if its dosed to high it will crash that is our exact problem we like to dose 20percent above incase raws suck ass lol maybe you got killer cyp raws
