Capping vs liquid oral ?
For those who have made both , which gave you better results ? A liquid like humaco or capping ? Which do you think is more accurate dosing ?

Mostly it depends on how much work you want to put into it. Capping is a lot more labor intensive takes a lot more math and mixing to get the caps accurate. But I prefer caps because of the ease of dispensing its alot easier to carry around a couple caps at work then a bottle of liquid

I prefer caps too. It's a bit of labor but once you have them done it's nice to not have to draw your dose every day or whatever. Technically liquid is more accurate but if you do the caps properly, they won't be notably off in dosage. I have a 100 count cap device which makes the math even more accurate. I've seen plenty of 64 count devices but can't imagine why anyone would go with an odd number like that. At least not for what we intend them for.

Caps are without question more accurate dosing. That’s not even debatable. I would think liquid would have a shorter shelf life as well just being suspended in solvents that long but I may be wrong on that.

How could liquid be more accurate? There’s no guarantee of what you’re sucking up in each dose with the compound floating and swimming around in a big bottle. Caps give you a definite amount down the hatch. Even if you use that thicker suspension you can’t guarantee that it has an even distribution all throughout the bottle.

Caps don't give you a definite amount. They are only as good as the mixture and you are bound to get unevenly dosed caps. Unless you were to count every single grain per capsule, you're not going to get exact doses in every cap. But you can get close enough for it to be acceptable. And with solutions, you can heat them until the solid dissolves and then draw if you think you can't shake it and draw it before it settles.

Does anybody know any anadrol solution recipes ? I’m looking for one instead of a suspension or caps

I doubt there is one. Any chem that would allow for the drol to suspend probably wouldn't be fit for consumption.

What are your guys best opinion for the best accurate dosing ? If I put in a 100 mls of grape seed oil in a bottle and marked the 100 ml with a marker . Then put in 2.5 grams of anadrol then filled the oils back to the 100 ml line , would this give me accurate dosing ? I seen something like this when I was researching or is this just bro science? Please let me know guys

It's better to put oral suspensions in an alcohol that's 151 proof or higher to keep the mixture sterile. If you want to avoid tasting the alcohol when squirting it in your mouth, go pick up some empty capsules. Draw your dose, put it in a cap or 2 and you'll never taste it.
Making an oral suspension is easy and accurate. You approached it backwards if I understood what you were getting at. Step 1)Put the raw, 2.5g of drol in this case, in the beaker, graduate cylinder or whatever you are using to measure. Step 2) Pour your suspension in until you get to 100ml. DONE!! You now have 100 doses of 25mg drol per 1ml. Just shake it well before drawing. IF for some reason you don't feel what you're drawing is accurate, you can heat the solution until the raw temporarily suspends. Let it cool a bit before drawing. It will cool enough to use before the raw reconstitutes. But that really isn't necessary and just complicates things. Best to just keep it simple and go with shaking and drawing.
