Thread: Capsule Sizing?

What cap size do you guys usually fill? I know you can buy size 00 in stores but the orals I've used seem much smaller. Are oral caps usually a size 3 or 4?

I use "0", I believe those are the most common. You get like 500mg in them(I think). So it's probably better to choose smaller ones.
