Thread: ZapCap Filters Cracking

So I usually use the .22 filters without issues but recently got a few .45 filters and they keep cracking as soon as I pull them into any kind of vacuum. This happen to anyone?

Are you using EO?
How much pressure?
Sometimes the actual material of the "funnel" isn't compatible with BA and/or BB. Which sucks. I've never tried zapcaps. I've read good things about the autofil. I think most people here use those filters.

Not using eo, just ba and bb. Pressure was around 10 in hg. Never had a problem with the .22 micron. Not sure why the .45 gave me issues. 2 out of 3 cracked right away and the 3rd one worked. Just going to stick to the .22 filters. The .45 ones look like they're constructed differently so maybe that had something to do with it.

Yeah just get the .22 Try the autofil next time, or if those zapcap .22 micron worked keep using them.
