What type of testosterone? Propionate, Cypionate, Enanthate, Undecanoate, Isocaproate, Phenylpropionate, Acetate, Base, no Ester?

Prop,isocaproate, phenylprop,and decanoate.

So, since you are talking about Sustenon, the answer is 250. But that is even painful for many. I know a guy who put 750mg into a ml but even he wouldn’t pin it.
Why don’t you ask specifically what you are trying to do and why. Then perhaps we can be of service.

I'm trying to do a testosterone blend of 500-550mgs with the esters of sustanon but not at the exact mg dosage. Maybe throw in test ace.

This is how you get an abscess/infection, it crystallizes in the muscle and...
Get slin pins and pin every 3 or 4 days. You have to be lean to get an IM shot with slin pins.

If you pin 1ml 250mg test cyp or enanthate you'll have a weekly dosage of 583mg/ew. If you can't grow on that then there is something wrong.

The only way to know is to make it at higher doses till it crashes. Then you can always thin it back down.
