Get a scale or if you know how much you have you can suspend it or use ora plus, there are stickys on how to do it. It's an oral so yeah you could just swallow it. But it will be impossible to measure those small amounts out without a really good scale.

Not suggesting but :
I don’t know if you can measure doses but I would measure at least 10 .
Then make lines to parachute pack . This is how you do DNP .

You have to weigh it due to the density. A 15mg scoop of something isn't going to be a 15mg scoop for something else. Easiest way is to get some orablend/oraplus and suspend it.
