Does anyone have a proven recipe that works that they can share

The calculator I use is down right now
So I cant give you exact amounts but I can say that your blend will hold easily in mct oil with 2%ba and 20%bb
My default weight displacement I use when the calculator is down is .90ml per gram so I would use this recipe if I couldn't wait till the calculator is back up and running

Test-e raws = 20g ( 10% od = 22g)
Test-p raws = 10g ( 10% od = 11g)
2% BA = 2ml
20% BB = 20ml
Mct oil = 51ml
I always over dose raws by 10% also so if you dont over dose I would add a couple extra ml to compensate
