      Painless DHB 100mg/mL

Brothers, just wanted to share a recipe I put together that has thus far proved to be pain free for pinning DHB. I wanted to preface this by saying, if you are sensitive to EO (or believe you are) it may be in your best interest to keep looking. I found this recipe to be quite different from your standard recommendations of guaiacol, and find zero issues when pinning. Just poked 1.5cc in my shoulder yesterday and have no pip. Also, no signs of crashing whatsoever.

The recipe I used is as follows:

      1.5% BA
      3% Guaiacol
      20% BB
50/50 E.O. and carrier of choice (used MCT)

For my brew: I put all of my solvents, powder, and half of my total quantity of oil (both mct and eo) in a beaker and heated/stirred until completely dissolved and clear. I kept the stirring and heat on for i'd say anywhere from 20-30 minutes, reaching temperatures around 240'F. At the same time, I kept the rest of my oil (mix) heating in a separate beaker to combine with my brew after it was completely dissolved. After cooling, filtering, and bottling, I put my bottles into the oven with a vent pin at 240'F for 20 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: Guaiacol/EO will chew right through Nylon filters. I HIGHLY recommend the PVDF filters, as they will withstand the solvents. Also, cooling is super important. The filters can only withstand a max temperature of 40-50'C (~90'F).

Hope you guys find this works as well for you, as it did for me!
