      Need Experienced Brewers Help

I have been brewing for more than 3 years and have not had issues until the last few months. The issues are only with test e and test c. I have been getting really bad PIP and lumps from both compounds. At first I thought it was the raws. I switched suppliers and at first it was all good but now again Im having the same problems. I always do 250mg/mL. My last batch of test c was smooth as butter but I had like 2 out of 50 vials crash. This batch which was using the same source for raws hurts really bad for like 5 days and theres a big lump in my quad. Could anyone chime in and possibly point me in the right direction? This is my procedure:

      Test E or Test C
      250mg/mL
      BA: 2%
      BB:20%
      Carrier: GSO

      1. Combine raw powder, BA, BB, and GSO in sterile beaker
      2. Heat mixture to 170F and hold it at 170F for 5-10 min
      3. Let the mixture cool to 100F
      4. Filter through a 0.22 micron bottle top filter

I'm not sure why you're heating the brew up so high and for so long. Usually I heat enough to dissolve it and that's it, no more. Your BA will sterilize it as will the filter so no need to do anything more than that.

Generally pain is from the BA. I can get 250 mg to hold at 10% BB most of the time. I'd check your calculations and consider changing out the Ba and BB.

I appreciate that input. I was taught the same thing about the temperature. I have seen many others on here say they hold that temp or even higher for like 20 min to burn some acid off or something along those lines. Either way Im not sure what exactly could be causing the pain. Hopefully my next brew goes smoother. Also I used the same BA and BB for deca in the same night I brewed the test and the deca is smooth and painless. Im really scratching my head on this one.

Just to give an update, I re brewed the batch taking the concentration down to 200mg/mL and adjusted the BA and BB to maintain a 2/20 concentration. Im hoping this could help. If not im going to switch sources to a seemingly more reliable one according to reviews on here.
