I use bottle filters with a brake bleeder hand vacuum. Just be careful. I once put the pressure up to high because I was impatient and cracked the bottle.

I use Autofil PP 0.2 Nylon Bottle top filter. Filter at 120F
Placed on top of GL45 Hybex glass media bottle.
Use a Vacuum hand pump around 10inHg.
I get a case of 12 from Amazon for around $105.
