      Todayís work (Back/Biís)- Tuesday

      10mins - Stair master (warmup)
      4x 10-12: Seated Rows (Wide grip over hand)
      4x 10-12: Seated Rows (Close grip under hand)
      5x 10-12: Cable Pulldowns (Wide grip over hand)
      8-10: Rack pulls ( Drop set till fail)
      4x 10-12 DB curls
      4x 10-12 Preacher curls
      4x 10-12 Reverse grip ez curl

      May add in some Dumbbell bent over rows light weight till fail as a finisher depending on how I feel.

      Pumps are becoming massive, holding water like a camel and feeling moody . Gunna play with ai starting next week moving to 1mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday . Good shit in regards to the dbol

      Will post picture on Monday one week different isnít much and itís only going to be the start of week 3 on Monday but I have the dbol bloating going on. Any tips or tricks to minimize the bloat? I take a digestive enzyme and liv52 my add some tumric.

      When ive used dbol in the past i keep my diet really clean and dont let estrogen get too high and i dont hardly bloat at all. Also, drink a ton of water

      Hitting chest today so I donít have to be in a crowded gym Monday.

      Incline DB flys 4x10-12
      Incline DB press 5x10
      Flat bench 5x8-10
      Decline Hammer Press 5x10-12
      Cable flys (full rep/half rep/repeat) Till fail

      Post workout:
      6oz chicken breast (air fryer will change your life)
      1.5 cups of basmati rice
      1 cup asparagus

      Tomorrow will be start to week 3 so far so good no issues with the gear nips were getting a bit sensitive half way through week two but I adjusted my ADEX and as of last night and today no problems.

      *These tabs are very high quality Iím no expert but I have ran cycles with tabs before that are bulky and break apart and I have ran cycle with caps that are bulky and break apart. These tabs are small you can stash them anywhere if secrecy is something you like and they donít break apart.
