      Anterior head shoulder pain

As the title says, I experience some pretty decent pain on my anterior head of my shoulders. It's pretty bad on shoulder days but I push through it. Shoulders used to be my favorite but now I dread it. Both shoulders. Anyone have similar pain and If so did anything help to relieve it? Here's a diagram to help.

Try keeping elbows tucked in more than out if you're not already doing that, lighten weight and don't push through pain, just stop if pain persists. shoulder pain is not some thing to experiment by trying to elevate via different ROM or positioning alone. personally I would seek a PT's advice, many times injuries get worse from ignoring them too long. Hope this helps.

some solid advice from HFO... you could end up hurting yourself permanent or just worse..etc...
forced reps are best done on your own... if you ain't cheatin' you ain't trying

Ok I will lighten weight on my next shoulder day. I may not do overhead presses as this seems to irritate the most. Thank you guys for your help

A few IBPROFEN 800mg won't hurt either. When I have this issue those help me out tremendously.

if the pain runs through the junction where the glenohumoral head sits it is most likely your bicep tendon

if the pain goes from the anterior delt upward it could also involve the suprspinatus
