      Are you icing it? I always find ice and deep tissue massage (tennis ball or lacrosse ball) work wonders for that stuff.

      I too have multiple areas of tendon, ligament pain. I've also researched using TB500, as we'll as bpc- 157, and sr-9009, let us know how you make out. I'm not sure on dosages, but you want to use it at the site of the problem from what I've read. Good luck.
