      Bicep tendon pain

Aright gents, I've been having a issue with pain at the bicep lower tendon, is there anything that can help repair the tendon faster so I don't loose out on training for this cycle. I've added a extra day of rest in to aide, right now my rotation is chest, back, legs shoulders, shoulders is always after legs so that I have a upper body rest day, that's helped tremendously with shoulder pain. I throw arms in when I have time. Then day of rest, so I'm going either 4/1 or 4/2 depending on work schedule, cause I always lift at work and I use the 2 day like a leap year to keep me on a work schedule. I was going 5/1 or 5/2 with arms being one of the days, but I was having issues with shoulders hurting and affecting my gains.

I am sure that there is something to help heal. I back of from using that muscle group until it feels better and then slowly do some lighter exercises until it is totally healed.

How are your back and lower traps? I've had bicep tendon pain, and the physio diagnosed it as referred pain from weak posterior muscles. Strengthened rear delts, rhomboids, lower traps, and the bicep tendon pain went away. Might think about getting it checked out.

My back is solid, it usually starts in my forearms when doing back, then after im done the lower tendon hurts, definately not the joint. I generally don't isolate biceps, just work them with back and shoulder excercises

Two things I would suggest--TB-500/Thymosin. Its designed specifically for tendon/ligament repair. Look it up and you may be surprised at how specific it is for those injuries. Our Peptide sponsors carry it and its very reasonably priced. I would also suggest IGF1-LR3. It does what HGH does only without the buildup time needed--it goes to the injured area and heals but also grows new cells. You need to cycle it so you don't get "the gut". I believe 4wks on 4wks off. I'm using it now and I love what it's doing for recovery time. I am doing TB-500 too and notice a difference in my tennis elbow. Hope this helps M!

DMSO might help pre/post workout .
Noarch's suggestion may be a imbalance in another muscle . It maybe a different muscle group than his .
How is your AI regime this cycle . Estrogen is needed .
Seeing you latest pic you look powerful . Extra pounds you push are tougher on tendons . Deca and water retaining Orals can be your friend also . They are mine .
      Good luck

I run Adex .5mg EOD, havnt had any issues to need caber or parami, I hate taking them and use as a last resort, with my shit getting hard every 5 minutes definately not worried about estro, if it's low or high that's my first sign Ed. I know I'm holding some water, cause my pallet keeps swelling, that's my first indication im severely bloated beside the scale, has to do with allergies some dumbass disorder I have. I have been steadily going up each session. I'll order up some of the dmso, if that doesn't help ill look into the other peptides, I try to keep what I use to a minimum to keep sides down.

Found this article--thought I'd pass it along.

Tendon healing is a complex and highly-regulated process that is initiated, sustained and eventually terminated by a large number and variety of molecules. Growth factors represent one of the most important of the molecular families involved in healing, and a considerable number of studies have been undertaken in an effort to elucidate their many functions. This review covers some of the recent investigations into the roles of five growth factors whose activities have been best characterised during tendon healing: insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), transforming growth factor beta (TGFbeta), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). All five are markedly up-regulated following tendon injury and are active at multiple stages of the healing process. IGF-I has been shown to be highly expressed during the early inflammatory phase in a number of animal tendon healing models, and appears to aid in the proliferation and migration of fibroblasts and to subsequently increase collagen production. TGFbeta is also active during inflammation, and has a variety of effects including the regulation of cellular migration and proliferation, and fibronectin binding interactions. VEGF is produced at its highest levels only after the inflammatory phase, at which time it is a powerful stimulator of angiogenesis. PDGF is produced shortly after tendon damage and helps to stimulate the production of other growth factors, including IGF-I, and has roles in tissue remodelling. In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that bFGF is both a powerful stimulator of angiogenesis and a regulator of cellular migration and proliferation. This review also covers some of the most recent studies into the use of these molecules as therapeutic agents to increase the efficacy and efficiency of tendon and ligament healing. Studies into the effects of the exogenous application of TGFbeta, IGF-I, PDGF and bFGF into the wound site singly and in combination have shown promise, significantly decreasing a number of parameters used to define the functional deficit of a healing tendon. Application of IGF-I has been shown to increase in the Achilles Functional Index and the breaking energy of injured rat tendon. TGFbeta and PDGF have been shown separately to increase the breaking energy of healing tendon. Finally, application of bFGF has been shown to promote cellular proliferation and collagen synthesis in vivo

Some good information in here brother. Hope some of this helps and you can get that healed up pretty fast. Sucks to have something hindering your gains while on a cycle, I would definitely be a big component of the extra rest day but sounds like you already started to build that in, I feel as if that has been a big help to me this cycle run, despite how much I hate being out of the gym. Best of luck bro and keep us updated if anything i shelping!

Man I'll be honest, that shit may as well be written in Russian! I've always thought of myself as a reasonably smart man, the more I read on peptides and HGH the dumber I feel. I can't help but feel that tampering with so many chemicals at some point will cause more damage than good. It's probably lack of education on the subject more than anything, I just gotta keep reading till I am able to make a educated decision
