Aright gents, I've been having a issue with pain at the bicep lower tendon, is there anything that can help repair the tendon faster so I don't loose out on training for this cycle. I've added a extra day of rest in to aide, right now my rotation is chest, back, legs shoulders, shoulders is always after legs so that I have a upper body rest day, that's helped tremendously with shoulder pain. I throw arms in when I have time. Then day of rest, so I'm going either 4/1 or 4/2 depending on work schedule, cause I always lift at work and I use the 2 day like a leap year to keep me on a work schedule. I was going 5/1 or 5/2 with arms being one of the days, but I was having issues with shoulders hurting and affecting my gains.
