Great info brothers, thank you. I have damaged rotator cuffs i think probably from poor posture watching tv leaning my head on my hand with my elbow on the bed. Well at least i know this aggravates it. I have probably elbowed a punching bag at full force thousands of times also when i use to do kickboxing so that is probably where most of the damage came from. I really think there is little way to fix mine other than to strengthen around them and not work them as much as possible. Im incline benching 15x reps of 50kg currently where i should be up over 100kg. 50-60kg is the limit ive found before it hurts and shoulders start clicking. Im definately going to look into other forms of chest exercises now though... 5he bench is the worst thing for shoulders!
