      Two lingering injuries

      I have had them for months now. Physio didn't help. As a matter of fact nothing helped so far. I'm gonna get a second opinion next Friday because I can't go on like this.
      i have ITBS (left leg) and a tendonitis of the right knee. Training legs hurts like hell and makes things worse.

      Where abouts is the pain in the knee? deep inside? If so hopefully u havent injured a tendon or something. Regardless, for your ITB i recommend foam rolling it out, it'll hurt like a bitch at first but one more u do it the less tender the area becomes. and use the foam roller on the outer side and underside of the knee that has pain to try and self massage the areas
