Was wondering if you guys ever experienced it? I been noticing shoulder pain in my left shoulder for the past couple of weeks now so I decided to take this week off from the gym to rest it. I figured I would start to feel some relief today since I have done absolutely nothing but I can still feel the pain in my shoulder. After some investigating my symptoms it seems pretty clearly that its Biceps Tendonitis.

If anyone has ever had it, could you explain some things you may have done to help with the healing process? I am one of those guys that will take a week off for injury, but after that I will just continue to lift, just do lighter weights or movements that do not cause me pain until the injury heals on its own lol.
