      Elbow area clicking.

I only really noticed it last few months but unsure if it's normal.

If I for example have my arms at my side and fully internally or externally
rotate my fore arm (either one) I can feel a clicking/popping and it feels
as though it originates where my bicep meets the elbow on the inside. It
happens without fail when back of my hand is almost facing forward.

It's not painful just a tad awkward since I noticed it.

Doesn't stop me from doing anything but it's just weirded me out
      since I noticed it.

Probably a bone spur. If it doesn't hurt and there is no loss of motion then I wouldn't worry about it.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Both of my rotator cuffs are bad. It hurts to bench more than say 40kgs... I could do 15+ reps though and many sets. My left shoulder seems to click when the bar gets to my chest.

Now on Deca my bench is up to 60kgs (as I don't want to push it anymore) and I am doing 20 reps, then about 5+ sets of 15 reps. It's gotta be the Deca.
